Storage Units

SMC has storage Units available in various locations in Minot, as well as in Surrey.  They range in size from 5×9’s all the way up to 40×50’s with prices varying from $35 to $400 – prices vary according to size and location. Popular storage unit sizes are 8×12’s, which are comparable to the size of a small room/office, and 12×20’s which are comparable to the size of a single car garage.

Storage units are must be rented for a minimum of 30-days and require a security deposit equal to one month’s rent.  After the 30-days you can rent the unit month to month.  We do not require a written notice to vacate a storage unit however you will be held responsible for rent on the unit until the key is returned to the SMC office.
